About Me
Richard is the chef and owner of the Epicurean Delight Bistro restaurant in Vicchio, Tuscany, and of Passaquai in Borgo San Lorenzo, Tuscany. He is the chef/instructor for “Let’s Go Cook Italian” programs at the Villa Campestri in Tuscany, which are led by Register food writer Diane De Filipi. Borchi, a certified sommelier, appears regularly on Italian TV culinary programs.
